This is where you begin your journey by signing up and discovering the opportunities waiting for you at HabiBayan. Like a seed finding its place in the soil, you take the first step by introducing yourself and through a survey.

In this stage, you gain more knowledge by taking courses on savings (personal financial management), investments (social entrepreneurship), and leadership/formation. As your knowledge and skills grow, your impact expands — weaving a stronger future that starts with you and spreads to your family and the entire community.

You begin to share your journey by writing short stories or making short videos about your experiences with saving, investing, and giving. Like a tree growing its first leaves, your voice starts to show others what you are learning and achieving.

You move from telling your story to standing up for the values of HabiBayan and encouraging other OFs/OFWs to join the HB digital platform and movement, turning individual voices into a powerful, unified force with a visible legacy.

This is where you start actively sharing your knowledge and skills to guide other OFs/OFWs and help them overcome challenges on S+I+G, proving that we are stronger when we support each other's growth and development.

You now act as a vital link between fragmented worlds — connecting OFWs with other OF/OFW organizations, government, NGOs, and the private sector. Your role is to close the gaps in the migration journey, ensuring that every stakeholder is collaborating for the OFs/OFWs success.

This circle is where you demonstrate ways to solve problems, creating a lasting "ripple effect" for a community or many communities across the nation. As an Innovator, you contribute to the HabiBayan mission to create shifts, no matter how small, that transform the entire migration and reintegration ecosystem for future generations.
