These circles are designed to track your step-by-step involvement in changemaking, from discovering your potential to leading others, ensuring that your personal growth helps your community thrive as well.

The Explorer
Badge: Pathfinder
This is where you begin your journey by signing up and discovering the opportunities waiting for you at HabiBayan. Like a seed finding its place in the soil, you take the first step by introducing yourself and through a survey.
How to Earn
- Sign up for HabiBayan
- Complete the Leadership Purpose Survey
Evidence Required
- Registered profile on HabiBayan
- Completed survey responses
The Learner
Badge: Wealth Builder
In this stage, you gain more knowledge by taking courses on savings (personal financial management), investments (social entrepreneurship), and leadership/formation. As your knowledge and skills grow, your impact expands — weaving a stronger future that starts with you and spreads to your family and the entire community.
How to Earn
- Register for and complete courses related to financial literacy, social entrepreneurship, or leadership/formation
- Examples: ALSE course, IFC courses, SEDPI trainings, webinars, government agency trainings
- For each course completed, send a copy of your e-certificate to HabiBayan
Evidence Required
- E-certificate of courses attended
The Storyteller
Badge: Voice of Habi
You begin to share your journey by writing short stories or making short videos about your experiences with saving, investing, and giving. Like a tree growing its first leaves, your voice starts to show others what you are learning and achieving.
How to Earn
- Write and submit your short story (1-2 paragraphs) related to any S+I+G topic or leadership/formation
- Make and submit a short video (60-120 seconds) related to any S+I+G topic or leadership/formation
Evidence Required
- 1 Story (text) submitted
- 1 Video submitted
The OF/OFW Mobilizer
Badge: Circle Catalyst
You move from telling your story to standing up for the values of HabiBayan and encouraging other OFs/OFWs to join the HB digital platform and movement, turning individual voices into a powerful, unified force with a visible legacy.
How to Earn
- Recruit other alumni/OFs/OFWs to join HabiBayan and be a part of its vision and platform
- Ensure recruits sign up, fill up the survey, and join the ranks of changemakers
Evidence Required
- Submit a screenshot of your recruit's HB Explorer badge
The OF/OFW Supporter
Badge: Master Buddy
This is where you start actively sharing your knowledge and skills to guide other OFs/OFWs and help them overcome challenges on S+I+G, proving that we are stronger when we support each other's growth and development.
How to Earn
- Serve as a mentor, buddy, coach, providing ideas to your recruits and other OFs/OFWs
- Donate at least 3 hours as a volunteer, facilitator, resource person, mentor, or adviser
Evidence Required
- Submit documentation of at least 3 hours of service with short explanation/context
The Bridge Builder
Badge: Synergy Chief
You now act as a vital link between fragmented worlds — connecting OFWs with other OF/OFW organizations, government, NGOs, and the private sector. Your role is to close the gaps in the migration journey, ensuring that every stakeholder is collaborating for the OFs/OFWs success.
How to Earn
- Initiate an activity involving your recruits, e.g. Peer Action Circles (PAC) like savings and investment knowledge circles, leadership/formation circles
- Link up with an OF/OFW organization, coop, your LGU, or other financial institutions for active savings and investments, or advocacy on Migration and Development
Evidence Required
- Submit story on collaboration with gov't, coop, OF organizations for HB website (100 words or less), including online link
- Submit names and 6-month action plan of Peer Action Circle
The Innovator
Badge: Habi Hero
This circle is where you demonstrate ways to solve problems, creating a lasting "ripple effect" for a community or many communities across the nation. As an Innovator, you contribute to the HabiBayan mission to create shifts, no matter how small, that transform the entire migration and reintegration ecosystem for future generations.
How to Earn
- Initiate an activity, event, project, or program linked to enhancing S+I+G and leadership among your family, community, or organization
- Volunteer and contribute 10 hours to any HabiBayan activity to update and improve the S+I+G and leadership/formation mission
Evidence Required
- 10 Volunteer Hours logged
- Submit documented report of activities linked to S+I+G
