Share Your HabiBayan Story

By submitting your video, audio, text, or related media ("Submitted Content") to HabiBayan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Grant of Rights

You grant HabiBayan, its parent organization, affiliates, volunteer networks, and authorized partners a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable right and license to use, reproduce, broadcast, display, distribute, edit, adapt, composite, crop, and create derivative works from your Submitted Content (including your name, voice, image, likeness, location, and story) across any and all media platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, HabiBayan's website, social media channels, promotional videos (AVPs), marketing campaigns, partner networks, and impact reports.

2. Ownership & Originality

You represent and warrant that:

1. You are the sole creator and copyright owner of the Submitted Content, or you have obtained all necessary permissions and clearances from any third party appearing in or contributing to the video.
2. The submitted content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other legal rights of any person or entity.
3. If any minor (under 18 years of age) appears in the video, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or that you have secured written authorization from their parent/guardian allowing their appearance.

3. Waiver of Approval & Compensation

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. Your submission is entirely voluntary, and you will not receive monetary compensation, royalties, or residual payments for HabiBayan's use of your submitted content.
2. You waive any right to inspect, review, or approve the final edited video, audio track, or copy that may be produced or used in connection with your story.
3. HabiBayan retains full editorial control to shorten, format, or contextualize your story to align with community guidelines and campaign objectives.

4. Community Intent & Purpose

You understand that HabiBayan is a community-driven movement dedicated to inspiring, educating, and supporting Overseas Filipinos. Your story will be used in good faith to promote financial literacy, community building, and positive social impact for the Philippines.

5. Release & Indemnification

You hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless HabiBayan, its founders, volunteers, partner organizations, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the creation, editing, publication, or distribution of your Submitted Content.
